Aquatic Weed Removal

During the summer months, residents are encouraged to participate on the scheduled cleanup dates to help maintain and protect the shoreline along Wabamun Lake. These community cleanup events are an excellent opportunity to work together to preserve the natural beauty of the lake, remove litter and debris, and support a healthy environment for wildlife and visitors alike.

By volunteering a small amount of time, residents contribute to keeping our shoreline clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone throughout the season. Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate clothing, gloves, and any helpful cleanup tools.
