If you wish to speak to Council or make a presentation at a Council Meeting, please submit your request by email to at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting date. This allows Administration sufficient time to review your request and add your item to the meeting agenda. Requests received after this deadline may be scheduled for a future Council Meeting.
