An appeal has been brought forth on the decision of the Development Authority for the Summer Village of Seba Beach to approve Development Permit Application No. 23DP04-14 for the construction of a single detached dwelling (211.0M2), installation of a water supply and septic system with a variance to maximum height on lands legally described as Plan 301ET;;Lot 5: 479 1st Avenue North, Seba Beach, AB.
The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board has arranged the following date, time, and place for a hearing:
